Jeff Polovick has been in the automotive industry for over thirty years. In 1996 he opened Hino Central, an affiliate to his hugely successful DRIVING FORCE Vehicle Rentals, Sales and Leasing company.  

Polovick was born in Saskatoon and raised in rural Saskatchewan. After a stint in the mining industry, Polovick moved to Alberta. A short time later, he began what was to become a long and successful career in the automotive industry. He loves that each day he has the opportunity to learn and grow to meet new challenges. 

Since 1996, Polovick has watched Hino Central Edmonton grow to become the number one Hino dealer in Canada and become recognized as one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies. He looks forward to Hino Central’s continued success in British Columbia.

General Manager - Greg Tilley

Greg Tilley has been the general manager of Hino Central since 1996. During his tenure, Tilley
has helped make Hino Central one of the Top Dealers in Canada. He has also helped achieve recognition as one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies.

Born in Newfoundland, Tilley has been in the automotive industry since 1981. Before joining Hino, Tilley worked with several other dealerships. He wore many hats throughout his career, including
acting as new car manager, fleet manager and administration manager. He has also earned Top Salesperson of the Year honours.

Tilley is especially proud of the Hino Central facility in Edmonton. He is happy to offer customers the security of a trustworthy brand, experienced sales staff and exceptional service technicians.

Garry Pysyk has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, including eight years of management experience. He has been with Hino Central since 2000 and has the distinguished honour of being named the #1 Hino salesperson in Canada. Pysyk’s outstanding performance has helped make Hino Central the number one Hino dealer in Canada!

He enjoys golf, family and music and regards Hino medium-duty trucks as the best in the world.

Parts & Service Manager – Ken Thiemann

Ken Thiemann has been in the industry since 1975, started out as an automotive technician and moving up into management with a prominant Leasing company. Ken is moving the Service and Parts department towards expanding the capabilities of both and making the dealership appealing to all makes and model owners.

A member of the team since 1986, Joanne has seen the company grow from a single location in Spruce Grove, Alberta, to a national company with a complete range of products and services. Now, as controller for HINO Central, Joanne is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the company’s two HINO locations, and is an important part of the management team.

A native of Australia, Joanne and her family try to return “down under” as often as possible.
