Our Canadian Parts Distribution Centre

Our Canadian headquarters is located in Mississauga, Ontario. Over 19,000 parts and accessories are available from this facility and can usually be delivered into your dealer’s hands within 24-48 hours. In the rare event we are not able to supply what you need, additional support is available with the USA’s parts distribution centre located in South Haven, Mississippi. Hino’s current parts order fill rate to dealers is approximately 96%, one of the highest in North America.

Just as important, our parts pricing is competitive with similar OEM products. Because we use genuine Hino parts, the quality is guaranteed, something than many aftermarket “will fit” parts
can’t match.

North American Content and Serviceability

Since 2006 our Hino trucks have been assembled in Woodstock, Ontario. Our Hinos have been engineered for the Canadian market, incorporating one of the widest ranges of North American original equipment (O.E.) and service parts in our chassis. Even our windshield glass is available through North American suppliers. Our suppliers include: Allison automatic transmissions; Eaton transmissions; Donaldson air cleaners; Fleetguard engine filters; MGM air brake chambers; Spicer clutches; and Clarion sound systems.

We’ve spent years studying, testing and improving our product in conjunction with North American suppliers. This translates into excellent serviceability. Mechanics and customers regularly comment on the ease of maintenance they have experienced with Hino trucks.
