Our HINOWATCH Roadside Assistance Program covers your new Hino truck while travelling in Canada or in the United States and is FREE for three years.

Should you require a battery boost, out-of-fuel assistance, lockout service, warranty-related towing service or dealer location information, we are just a phone call away.

Call the HINOWATCH toll-free number, 1-866-365-4466 (HINO) with your truck’s location, details of the problem and the vehicle identification number, and we will take it from there, minimizing your downtime and inconvenience.

We will work with you to determine the nature of the problem and dispatch the most appropriate service provider.

The HINOWATCH Roadside Assistance Program offers the following important features:

• 24/7 service, 365 days a year;
• A connection with trained representatives able to work with you in identifying your problem and taking appropriate action;

• A large international network of contracted towing facilities;
• A network of 22,000 preferred repair facilities across North America (1,550 in Canada!)

Warranty Towing
If towing is required for a warrantable failure, HINOWATCH will pay 100% of the towing fees for the delivery of your Hino vehicle to our nearest Hino dealership (within 400 Km) or preferred repair facility (beyond 400 Km.)

Lockout Service
Locked out of your vehicle? HINOWATCH will help you get back in your truck and on the road, wherever you happen to be.

Battery Jump-start
We’ll get you going. If a battery discharge occurs, HINOWATCH will ensure that someone is available to jump-start your truck.

Tire Service
Don’t let your trip go flat. HINOWATCH will forward your call through to an approved Bridgestone/Firestone or Goodyear tire repair service. The cost of the tire service will be the owner’s responsibility.

Out of Fuel
A HINOWATCH service provider will arrive with sufficient fuel, or the required towing assistance to get you on your way.
